Miami Beach, FL – October 29, 2014 – It was all about appreciating some good eats on Wednesday evening as Lionheart Capital, the developer of The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Miami Beach, partnered with South Florida Opulence Magazine to host a fabulous evening filled with an exclusive book signing and tasting in celebration of Siena Tavern’s Executive Chef Fabio Viviani’s new cookbook, Fabio’s American Home Kitchen. The cookbook includes more than 125 recipes with an Italian accent. Siena Tavern, the highly-anticipated South of Fifth neighborhood restaurant slated to open later this month, indulged guests in a preview tasting of Viviani’s top made-from-scratch dishes popularized by the original Siena Tavern in Chicago. The event, which took place at the luxury residential development’s on-site Sales Gallery, drew more than 100 attendees seeking to savor a sampling of Miami’s newest Italian outpost and meet Chef Fabio. Throughout the evening guests sipped on cocktails and sampled bites from Viviani’s newest restaurant Siena Tavern. Guests also snagged the opportunity to explore the modernist-designed sales gallery, which features a high-tech media wall, including holograms, mini-dioramas of the project, a 3D expansive scale model as well as a screening room featuring a short film on The Residences narrated by Italian architect Piero Lissoni. The evening concluded with Viviani signing personalized copies of his cookbook, mingling and posing for photos with guests.
