Miami, FL – September 20, 2014 – As a part of the esteemed James Beard Foundation’s Celebrity Chef Tour Dinner Series, The Biltmore Hotel hosted a star-studded dinner on Saturday evening celebrating 25 years of Tom Klein’s family ownership of Rodney Strong Vineyards. The dinner was part of a simultaneous live broadcast, which brought together scores of the world’s top chefs on one night from four cities including Miami, FL; Healdsburg, CA; New York, NY; and Austin, TX. The evening kicked off with delicous passed hors d’oeuvres and champagne, followed by a spectacular and decadent dining experience including four courses, each prepared by a different chef and accompanied by a Rodney Strong Vineyard wine selection. Throughout dinner, guests had the opportunity to meet the chefs, ask questions and get a true behind-the-scenes glimpse of the culinary world. Participating chef’s of the fete included Biltmore Hotel’s own David Hackett, Giuseppe “Beppe” Galazzi, Gregory Pugin and Olivier Rodriguez, as well as Josh Silvers from Jackson’s Bar & Oven in Santa Rosa, CA.
