Miami, FL – September 19, 2014 – Friday night was a celebration of art and artful living at Oceana Key Biscayne’s inauguration and ribbon-cutting event. More than 300 guests mixed and mingled at the grand opening of Oceana Key Biscayne, Argentine-based Consultatio’s first project ever in the U.S and the first new residential development in the elite enclave of Key Biscayne in almost 15 years. Hosted by a visionary team of power players in real estate, design and art, attendees toasted to the newly completed building, which is more than 95 percent sold and ready for residents to move in. The fete honored special guest and internationally-recognized Brazilian artist Beatriz Milhazes, whose two art murals were unveiled and on permanent display in the building, as well as Artur Lescher, well-known Brazilian sculptor, and Mayor Frank Caplan. Following a tour of the lavish property, attendees were able to enjoy a fabulous live performance by Lanza Music and delicious hors d’oeuvres from Barton G catering. The evening’s celebrations concluded with speeches by Eduardo Costantini, founder of Consultatio Real Estate, and Mayor Frank Caplan.
