Miami Beach, FL – July 31, 2014 – If you’re a frequenter of sin city than get ready because one of our favorite eateries here in Miami is ready to take over! Friends and supporters of 50 Eggs, Inc., the multi-faceted restaurant group created and helmed by CEO John Kunkel, gathered at the company’s flagship Miami Beach restaurant, Yardbird Southern Table & Bar, last Thursday evening to celebrate the upcoming expansion of the brand to Las Vegas in early 2015. In true Vegas fashion, guests were greeted by statuesque showgirls and treated to a killer performance by Mr. Las Vegas himself, “Elvis Presley” that had the crowd all shook up with excitement. Of course, the evening wouldn’t be complete without some delicious signature bites from Yardbird’s acclaimed menu, which included mini fried green tomato BLTs, deviled eggs, mini Mama’s chicken biscuits, watermelon & farmer’s cheese skewers, macaroni & cheese, mini shrimp & grits and country pork terrine. After filling their bellies, guests quenched their thirsts with Yardbird’s signature cocktails including Blackberry Bourbon lemonade featuring Maker’s Mark, the Scarlett O’Hara made with Absolut Elix, wines from Hundred Acre and Dogfish Namaste beer.
