That is why for 12 years and counting, Claudio Giordano has held the reins of one of the most successful, long-standing South Beach restaurants on the west end of Lincoln road. Last week, Altamare celebrated their 12-year anniversary, the venues recent renovation, and the birthday of the first lady of Altamare, Katiuska Giordano, in an intimate setting with their closets friends and family. Of course, this was all without any big name sponsors, or celebrity endorsements, because the AltaMare clientele goes there for precisely that reason… for the low-key sophisticated atmosphere, high level of service and impeccable seafood quality – but most importantly, for the private ambiance that feels like home. With endless good eats and even better company Friday night was truly an evening to remember. A cheer to Altamare South Beach, Salute!
