Miami Beach, FL – June 10-11, 2014 – As attendees of the 2014 LE Miami travel trade show spent countless hours hustling and bustling this week, a playful and relaxed lunch break seemed to be the perfect pick-me-up to keep their long days alive. EAST, Miami — the Swire Hotels property opening at Brickell City Centre in 2015 – majestically held court this week with its debut of The EAST Garden. A multi-sensory lunchtime experience was held daily for the luxury travel trade show’s 800 attending guests and media. The EAST Garden transformed the four-acre Miami Beach Botanical Garden into a grown-up playground of sorts with Alice in Wonderland-sized Chess and Jenga games dotting the lush green lawns. A caravan of mouthwatering food trucks and tasting stations from top Miami eateries including Ms Cheezious, My Ceviche, Sparkys Barbeque, OnJuice, Gigi’s, Aquacai, and Estrella Damm gave trade show visitors an array of culinary delights to munch on. Of course, food wasn’t the only thing guests were able to relish in as a chic lounge and a decorated dining area provided an ideal retreat for attendees. The EAST Garden’s unique lunch program very much reflects the exciting and friendly atmosphere we can expect from EAST, Miami in months to come.
