The Ritz Residences American Nicaraguan Foundation VIP Thank You Cocktail
Miami Beach, FL – May 21, 2014 – On Wednesday evening Lionheart Capital, the developer of The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Miami Beach, hosted the American Nicaraguan Foundation’s (ANF) top donors and board members for an evening of recognition and reflection on the Foundation’s past, current and future endeavors. Lionheart Capital is an avid supporter of ANF, having recently donated over 100 hospital beds and other medical equipment to further support its charitable efforts. During the evening, ANF Founder Alfredo Pellas gave a presentation detailing where its donations are currently being used to promote greater opportunity, self-sufficiency and dignity to the less fortunate sectors of Nicaragua. The event was held at the highly-anticipated luxury residences’ sales gallery, which along with the project, was designed by renowned Italian architect Piero Lissoni. After the presentation, guests enjoyed a live acoustic guitar duo while they toured the modernist-designed sales gallery. Attendees also enjoyed specialty cocktails as well as delectable hors d’oeuvres and desserts. The evening concluded with guests on the Sales Gallery’s outdoor patio overlooking Surprise Lake, and the project’s 2014 VanDutch 40’ docked day yacht.
