Coral Gables, FL – May 21, 2014 – Miami elites came out for a lavish wining and dining experience on Wednesday evening as Dom Perignon along with Neiman Marcus Coral Gables and Stephen Brunelle, VP/General Manager hosted an exclusive Dom Perignon Vintage Tasting Dinner. Neiman Marcus’ own Mariposa presented a beautiful Champagne Pairing dinner where guests were able to discover three extraordinary vintages from Dom Perignon. Donae Burston with Dom Perignon was on hand to speak about the incredible history behind each vintage as they came out. The over-the-top dinner began with an oyster trio paired with Dom Perignon Vintage 2004. The next course was a delectable truffle risotto with lobster, paired with Dom Perignon Oenotheque 1996, followed by Roast Duck Breast paired with Dom Perignon Vintage Rose 2003. The evening commenced with a delicious cheese course and dessert.
