Miami, FL – April 3, 2014 – On Thursday evening, E11EVEN celebrated the much anticipated grand opening of their lavish rooftop lounge and restaurant, Touché. Located in the heart of Downtown Miami’s Arts & Entertainment District and steps away from the American Airlines Arena, a table at Brazilian top chef Carla Pellegrino‘s Touché is poised to be the most coveted seat in the city. The luxuriously designed 6,950-square-foot fine dining destination boasts breathtaking 360-degree views of the Miami skyline and indoor/outdoor seating via a state-of-the-art retractable roof. The restaurant menu features an array of dishes ranging from Classic Meatballs and Beef Carpaccio to pastas such as Lobster Fra Diavolo and Asparagus Risotto. Some other fabulous items on the menu include Colorado Lamb Lollipops, Red Snapper with Gaeta Olives, Teardrop Tomatoes and Caperberries, and Salmon Harissa. The outdoor lounge includes design highlights such as a waterfall wall, fire pits and a communal table and bar for guests to mingle. Included in the open-air rooftop lounge, Touché is a destination that will also highlight, DJs, live music and LED screens.
