Easter Brunch at Bianca
Miami Beach, FL – April 20, 2014 – The festive crowd of Miami hopped on over to Bianca at Delano for a special Easter Sunday brunch buffet created by Chef Luciano Sautto. In addition to Bianca’s traditional menu, Chef Luciano also included some festive favorites for the special holiday including frittata with asparagus, tomato and fontina, grilled lamb chops, citrus and peperoncini glazed ham along with Easter pastries such as Pastiera Napoletana (Neapolitan classic Easter cake) and mini carrot cakes. In addition to the scrumptious offerings, guests were able to play with live bunnies in the orchard followed by an exciting Easter egg hunt.
