The “Queen of Cakes” provided attendees personal instruction and showcased some of the techniques she uses for her spellbinding cakes. This master class was a perfect way to help guests further their own skills so they can create cakes that astonish the palate and dazzle the eye. Guests spent the afternoon learning all the tricks of the trade, even creating gorgeous rose cake-toppers. The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort’s enclave and peerless haven of oceanfront provided the perfect setting for this masterful event.
