Miami Beach, FL – January 31, 2014 – Out with the old, and in with the new was the theme of Friday evening as Paraiso Bay, the newest waterfront condo in Miami’s Edgewater neighborhood, feted its sales center opening with a lavish celebration. International DJ superstar David Guetta stopped by the party to celebrate his recent purchase of one of the building’s penthouses and was joined by his soon to be neighbor, tennis champ Arantxa Vicario Sanchez who also had purchased a penthouse in the luxury building. Venus Williams turned up to the soiree as well to congratulate Guetta on his new purchase and scope out the design of the condo. Developed by billionaire developer Jorge Pérez of The Related Group, the building will also be called home by San Antonio Spurs star Manu Ginobili. Attendees spent the evening touring and admiring the new condos, and then eventually were lead to an outdoor area where they were serenaded by a incredible musical performance as well as an jaw-dropping dance number.
