Miami Beach, FL – February 26, 2014 – Last week, The Related Group held an intimate gathering and luncheon for Miami’s top 15 brokers to showcase their final South of Fifth project, Marea. Complete with custom bonsai invitations from Swiss landscape architect Enzo Enea, guest toured the luxury sales gallery featuring gorgeous interiors by design duo Yabu Pushelberg. The intimate gathering with CEO and Chairman of The Related Group, Jorge Pérez, offered brokers a preview of the last three remaining penthouses at the boutique condominium, each priced at over $7 million. The penthouses will be outfitted with custom terraces by Enea, who has been commissioned to landscape the exteriors. The sales gallery gathering was followed by luncheon at the neighborhood favorite Prime 112.
