Host Jean-Georges held the supper at his Miami outpost of J&G Grill at the gorgeous St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort. Set in a contemporary atmosphere, Vongerichten was joined by chefs representing his J&G Grill restaurants worldwide, along with flagship restaurant, Spice Market New York, to assist in showcasing his critically-acclaimed innovative cuisine. Paired with Heitz Cellars’ finest varietals and vintages, the refined dishes were enjoyed by guests as they savored the majestic views of the Atlantic Ocean.
