Charlie Trotter Tribute at Monty’s

Miami Beach, FL – February 22, 2014 – Renowned Chef Emeril Lagasse and friends came out to Monty’s on Saturday to celebrate the life of culinary legend, Charlie Trotter, during the South Beach Wine and Food Festival. This location hold’s sentimental value as Trotter had been a frequenter at the restaurant for years. A portion of the nights proceeds were donated to the Charlie Trotter Culinary Education Foundation.
