Miami, FL – February 21, 2014 – It was a night of cruising in style as The Wolfsonian–FIU, the thirteenth annual Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival, and Azamara Club Cruises presented an evening aboard The S.S. Wolfsonian on Friday evening with commander Anthony Bourdain and Azamara Journey Captain, Johannes Tysse. A limited number of lucky passengers boarded the S.S. Wolfsonian and were transported to the elegant days of first-class ocean liner dining and travel.  CNN host, author, and chef Anthony Bourdain and Captain Johannes Tysse hosted an extraordinary five-course culinary feast inspired by the historical ocean liner menus from the Wolfsonian collection. Lifestyle guru Martha Stewart came along for the luxurious evening as well as commander Bourdain’s assembled celebrity chefs including: Daniel Boulud, Andrew Carmellini, David McMillan, Fred Morin, Francois Payard, and Eric Ripert. All proceeds from the event went to support The Wolfsonian–FIU Endowment Fund and the Florida International University’s Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management. The delicious dinner was sponsored by Azamara Club Cruises and the dining experience was stunningly styled by Christofle.
