Miami Beach, FL – February 15, 2014 – 500 of Miami’s most philanthropic and influential community leaders and dedicated business professionals came together on Saturday evening to stand up against Miami-Dade’s abused, abandoned and neglected children. The Voices For Children Foundation’s 2014 Be A Voice, Empower Brilliant Futures Gala, presented by Harry Winston, featured a fabulous cocktail reception as well as a silent auction followed by a lavish dinner and dancing. Attendees enjoyed special entertainment by DJ Kucha as well as a moving testimonial demonstrating the importance and impact of Voices For Children Foundation and the Guardian ad Litem Program. Chairs of the gala include Rhonda Rose-Drecksler and Alan Drecksler, and Honorary Chairs Brittany Lopez and actor Christian Slater.
