Miami Beach, FL – December 20, 2013 – ThingsBefore 2013 came to a close, YoungArts welcomed guests to a jazzy evening of celebrating another first: the debut of the new membership series, Cultural Cocktails, with the first-ever holiday-inspired happening in the new Frank Gehry-designed performance space at the YoungArts campus in Miami. The soiree featured sounds by Miami-based jazz singer Kelley Kessell and four amazing YoungArts alumni jazz instrumentalists from New York City. After the performances, guests were treated to some small bites and cocktails as they mingled with fellow party goers.

The new collaboration with Cultural Cocktails Series will offer YoungArts members and friends a social night of culture featuring talented YoungArts alumni in performances showcasing multiple disciplines within the same event. Cocktail creations will be served as guests mingle with fellow art lovers. These fun, innovative performances are in hopes to connect YoungArts members and friends with like-minded ambassadors of the arts.
