Miami foodies and socials came out to new waterfront seafood brasserie and lounge Seaspice for it’s celebratory ribbon cutting on Sunday afternoon. Guests had the opportunity to enjoy delicious complimentary cocktails and hors d’oeuvres from the lounge. The restaurant is a celebration of the senses that returns to core values of gastronomy. The brasserie embraces an idea of gastro dining elevated to new heights via sophisticated techniques and heartfelt commitment to quality. Dupoux Design, one of hospitality design’s top creative studios, is responsible for the stunning interiors and outdoor lounging areas. The restaurant offers seating for 200 in a post-industrial warehouse outfitted in sleek, reinterpreted nautical details. There are also several private dining areas that will seat up to 150 for corporate events, as well as more intimate spaces for smaller parties.

The menu at offers a thrilling mix of new and signature gastro-classics with an emphasis on freshly sourced produce, harmonious flavor pairings and thoughtful presentations. The menu features items from wood-burning ovens which will deliver deliciously roasted and flavored casseroles of seafood and vegetables along with sumptuous Grass Fed Ribeye Steak and Veal Chop, in addition to a variety of carefully-curated raw bar, pastas and risottos.
