Destination Saturdays at Haven

Miami Beach, FL – November 16, 2013 – JetBlue Airways took over “Destination Saturdays” at HaVen Gastro-Lounge last weekend to celebrate the airline’s new daily nonstop service from Ft. Lauderdale-Hollywood Int. Airport to Jorge Chavez Int. Airport in Lima, Peru. Guests at the weekly party series – known for “transporting” revelers to exotic locales via its digital wrap-around walls – enjoyed bottles specials by Avion tequila and beats by captain DJ Kristian Caro, who piloted the revelry all the way down to Machu Picchu. Chef Todd Erickson was also on hand to roll out a special preview of JetBlue’s “South Florida–meets–Peru” collaboration menu, which he created in tandem with Peruvian master chef Pedro Miguel Schiaffino of the critically acclaimed Malabar Restaurant in Lima.
