Majestic Properties Opening

Miami, FL – October 10, 2013 – Majestic Properties celebrated the opening of its third office in Downtown Miami on Thursday. The crowd of brokers, realtors and investors, which was double the number of anticipated guests, sipped Grey Goose cocktails and noshed on bites from City Hall. Majestic Properties Museum Park, at 1040 Biscayne Boulevard, Suite 20, is a joint project between CEO Jeff Morr and Realtor Associate / Operating Director Darin Feldman. Majestic Properties is South Florida’s largest independently owned real estate company with offices on Miami Beach, The Design District and now in the Heart of Downtown Miami. This new office brings Majestic Properties full circle with the location in Ten Museum Park residence Tower. Ten Museum Park was one of the first pre-construction projects Majestic Properties represented and is located across the street from the Marquis Residences, which Majestic Properties started sales in and finished sales in July of this year.
