Dupont building to celebrate the grand opening of the brand new Yves Béhar-designed sales gallery for Centro condominium. Hosted by developer Newgard Development Group and Cervera Real Estate – with a special appearance by the award-winning creative genius himself, Yves Béhar – attendees mingled, danced, and enjoyed cocktails and hors d’oeuvres by Gigi, while getting an exclusive sneak preview at Béhar’s designs for downtown’s hottest new residential address.

Now open to the public and located just off Flagler Street at96 NE 2^ndAvenue, the sales gallery showcases Centro’s pedestrian-friendly location, forward-thinking design elements, and innovative interiors by the world-renowned celebrity designer.
