Coconut Grove, FL – May 29, 2013 – The much-anticipated, architecturally stunning Grove at Grand Bay will soon be making its grand entrance to Coconut Grove. Last week, La Playa Properties launched sales for the South Tower with a big cocktail reception hosting Miami’s A-listers. Linette Guerra, managing partner of LPP, gave everyone a sneak peek of the luxurious residences, which are being developed by Terra Group. The evening also featured an artistic edge as photographer Daniela Urzi attended and had her own works on display. This is going to be quite the coveted new place to live in, with the two towers offering the finest in luxury living for Miami’s residents. Stay tuned for more of the development as Grove at Grand Bay is slated to open by summer of 2015.

To decide who would build the new Grand Bay, there was a design competition which was won by Bjarke Ingels Group. After about fifty drafts, the Denmark-based architecture group, who’s also designing the new Miami Beach Convention Center, came up with the stunning spiral design of twin glass towers rising from a forest pedestal.

The Grove at Grand Bay’s luxurious residences will have 12-foot-high ceilings, 12-foot-deep balconies, and be anywhere from 4,000 to 10,000 square feet in size.

There will only be 97 residences available between the two towers, with the South Tower having 39 residences and the North Tower having sold out of its 58 residences. The multi-level, expansive three-bedrooms are priced starting from $3,000,000.

The kitchens will feature Snaidero Italian cabinetry, Miele appliance collection, and Calacutta Gold Marble countertops.

Each residence comes with a private two car garage, chef, butler, rooftop, private pool, 2,550 square foot gym, and 1,500 square feet of spa facilities. There’s even a pet spa, 25 meter lap pool, 15,000 plants, and 460 trees around the three acre property.

The bathrooms feature Statuary marble and teak wood finishes with Axor fixtures throughout.
