Miami Beach, FL – February 22, 2013 – New York and New Orleans combined forces on Friday night at Brickell Key. Four outstanding chefs brought their unique flavors to the Mandarin Oriental for a delicious night out. Chefs Marcus Samuelsson, Aarón Sanchez, and Jonathan Waxman represented the big apple, New York City, while John Besh brought his flavor from the big easy, New Orleans, to the table as part of the New York Times dinner series for the South Beach Wine and Food Festival. They each prepared an entree and side dish, while the Mandarin Oriental’s pastry chef, Frederic Monnet, provided the sweet ending to the breezy night with stunning views.
