A-List Farm to Table Brunch

Miami Beach, FL – February 24, 2013 – A-listers got a taste of a true farm-t0-table brunch, literally, at Essensia at The Palms Hotel. It was hosted by three a-mazing famous female chefs: Alex Guarnaschelli, Amanda Freitag, and Anita Lo. Essensia’s Executive Chef Julie Frans is a big supporter of the sustainable movement and helped the chefs pull the freshest, most vibrant vegetables and herbs from the on-site garden. It was a walk around style brunch for the closing day of the South Beach Wine and Food Festival, with every ingredient being local, organic, sustainable, and seasonal, paired with earthy wines.
