Dania Beach, FL – November 15, 2012 – Inspired by her love of fashion and design, Celerie Kemble introduced a new twist on the classics, bringing a fresh perspective to timeless motifs in her debut wallcovering collection exclusively for Schumacher. Using scale, color, and graphic rendering Celerie reinterprets botanical elements and some of her favorite motifs from the decorative arts to create new patterns. Natural sisal grounds add texture and a subtle elegance to the vivid hand printed designs. The color palette is clear, vibrant and unexpected. Bursting combinations of dramatic orange, red and turquoise to elegant tones of black, gold and ivory make a statement as bold and vibrant as Celerie herself.

Guests joined Celerie and Susan North for a panel discussion at the Design Center of the Americas, Fashion’s Influence on Wallcovering Design, moderated by Marisa Marcantonio, creator of Stylebeat blog.
