Miami Beach, FL – October 18, 2012 – The second annual Chefs for a Cure dinner was held at 1500° at Eden Roc Renaissance on Thursday, hosted by Executive Chef Paula DaSilva. Proceeds will benefit the American Association for Cancer Research (AACR), the world’s first and largest professional organization dedicated to advancing cancer research and its mission to prevent and cure cancer. The event included 10 tasting stations and wine pairings featuring cuisine prepared by several talented, local chefs.
