Eden House Grand Opening

Miami Beach, FL – June 16, 2012 – The condo kick-off party made a triumphant return to Miami when Key International, the company behind the iconic Eden Roc Resort, and 13th Floor Investments held a Grand Opening event for Eden House condominium. More than 700 guests were greeted by Marilyn Monroe on the red carpet for the ’50s Miami Glamour event which commemorated the “Rat Pack” days of the Eden Roc and celebrated the launch of Eden House, the first luxury boutique condo under the Eden Roc brand. As guests partied the night away, Liliana Paez, sales director for Key International Sales, took a moment to thank the brokers, buyers, city officials and VIPs in attendance for their support and to announce the company’s next condominium development — 400 Sunny Isles.
