Moët Hennessy’s The Q Participating Chefs

Miami Beach, FL – February 23, 2012 – New night, new hosts, same great barbeQue. South Beach Wine and Food festival started the party last night with Moët Hennessy’s The Q presented by Allen Brothers Steaks, sponsored by MIAMI magazine, hosted by Emeril Lagasse and Guy Fieri and featuring insatiable libations from Moët & Chandon Champagne, Belvedere Vodka, Hennessy Privilege Cognac, Grand Marnier, and Terrazas de Los Andes vineyard. From a revamped tent behind the Delano Hotel to a fully-stocked bar, The Q kicked off the Festival’s next 10 years in the most glamorous way. To host the opening night, two major food personalities, Emeril Lagasse and Guy Fieri. Others in attendace inclued the great Al Roker, Andrew Zimmern, Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto, Aaron Sanchez, Charlie Trotter, Anne Burrell, Robert Irvine, Michelle Bernstein, Tom Douglas, and much more! From chicken to ribs and brisket to pork buns, the night was definitely the right way to kick of SOBEW&FF… Cheers!
