Miami Beach, FL – February 26, 2011 –Bank of America Wine & Spirit Seminars were held at the W Hotel South Beach for guests to come meet and get a mini class from their favorite culinary experts. Shake Shack’s proprietor Danny Meyer spent this afternoon sharing how his company’s use of local ingredients to create the great American classics goes perfect with some of the finest wines in the world. Other well known culinary guru’s also held seminars which included: From Garden to The Grass by Zane Lamprey, Grape Nuts Crazy Good Brunch Wines by Josh Wesson, Grilled Cheese Pairing Seminar with Laura Werlin, and Making Great Cocktails at Home hosted by Tony Abou-Ganim.
