Miami Beach, FL – February 25, 2011 – Moët Hennessy USA and South Beach Wine & Food Festival founder Lee Schrager presented “Let Them Eat Cake” hosted by Emeril Lagasse and Martha Stewart. Top pastry chefs from all over the country created elegantly designed cakes and desserts each showcasing their own signature version of an anniversary treat that went perfectly with a selection of decadent cocktails from the Moët Hennessy USA portfolio. Moët Hennessy USA had four bars throughout the space pouring specialty MH cocktails that included Hennessy Side Car, Grand Marnier Grand Smash, 10 Cane Caribbean Apple Cake, Belvedere Pink Grapefruit, and Moët Ice Imperial. At 11pm Martha Stewart, Emeril Lagasse, and Lee Schrager toasted with two magnums of Moët Ice Imperial to the 10th Anniversary of the festival.
