Miami Beach, FL – February 26, 2011 – The Dolce Brunch held at Blue Door Fish in the Delano Hotel was comprised of special surprises of James Beard Foundation Award winner Chef Michael White, who currently heads up four of the hottest restaurants in New York City (Convivo, Alto, Marea and Osteria Morini). Michael’s soulful rendition of an Italian-inspired brunch had guests shouting from the rooftops. On this beautiful morning guests also enjoyed the luxurious taste of “liquid gold” Dolce wine, while Food & Wine Magazine’s and Top Chef: Just Desserts host Gail Simmons added a touch of grace to the morning as the lady of the house for the brunch. Dolce Winemaker and President Greg Allen were also in attendance to comment on the wines and help with hosting duties.
