January 30, 2011 – I first met Jamie when he was in Miami from NYC shooting Ocean Drive Magazine’s Volleypalooza in 2000. I had never seen some one running around with a camera having as much fun with it as I did. Being in Miami, I hadn’t been exposed to another photographer who fully embodied the lifestyle – who WAS the party – not just the one shooting the party. Jamie is a part of the landscape, a slice of the culture that is the entertainment industry. He is where you want to be and who you want to be with and is the very reason why I’ve had the time of my life in Sundance, at Superbowl, and the VMA’s. We’ve hung out in more gifting suites than I care to remember and have had late night parties at his NYC apartment. We traveled to St Maarten, Vegas, and Puerto Rico and worked the countries hottest parties together getting the best shots and having an amazing time doing it. Happy Birthday buddy, looking forward to more great picture and more fun times!
