Halloween-ers bounced to the minimal, deep, tech-house jams as Carl continually dropped the funkiest bass lines Miami’s heard since last Winter Music Conference. Mr. Cox brought the energy and had fans literally going nuts all night long into the morning. Even Steve Aoki stopped by to witness Miami-Halloween history in the making!
