Miami Beach, FL – September 22, 2010 – On Wednesday night, Fontainebleau Miami Beach kicked off their October Bleau Goes Pink campaign with a blow-out charity event at their pool and beach-side restaurant La Cote.  More than 300 people attended the event including Miami Beach Mayor Matti Bower and Commissioners Michael Gongora, Jorge Exposito and Deede Weithorn.  The event raised more than $7500 for Susan G. Komen for the Cure.  A caravan of traveling pink fire trucks known as the Pink Heals Tour took center stage at the event as cancer survivors and those who’ve lost loved ones to the disease signed the trucks in their honor.
