Miami Beach, FL – June 29, 2010 – Yesterday was the launch party for Botran Rum which was also the premiere of “Small Plates, Big Taste” cocktail pairing. Famed Chef Michelle Bernstein hosted the nights pairing at  her restaurant Sra Martinez. Botran created the drinks and Bernstein decided what Tapas would go good with the cocktails. Sounds like an amazing idea.
