Miami Beach, FL – February 24, 2010 – Michael Symon was the guest chef at The South Beach Wine & Food Festival Prelude Dinner at Red The Steakhouse. Just as the rain started to drop and the crowd began to move inside, Michael came outside for a quick break before presenting dinner. With only minutes left before the downpour, Seth had one chance to get this image with Michael and the skyline.
