Miami Beach FL, – January 20, 2017 – The Little Lighthouse Foundation (“LLF”) celebrated its 7th Birthday at ORA. The birthday celebration included an open bar featuring Italian Sparkling Wine from Tita Italia, cocktails from Toast Vodka, and Coppertail Beer. Guests indulged in a delicious custom birthday cake by Cake Lounge Miami and champagne toast at midnight as they reflected on LLF’s accomplishments. The Little Lighthouse Foundation was excited to celebrate its birthday at ORA, and great work of its volunteers, chapter leaders, staff and supporters, which includes in 2016 impacting the lives of 3,420 children, over 7,032 volunteer hours, and LLF’s 24 proprietary volunteer programs. Another year marks another milestone for LLF in Miami. Founded in 2010, LLF is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, whose mission is to positively impact the lives of underserved children and their families through targeted programming initiatives and partnerships, and the support of volunteers and donors.

Miami, FL – December 16, 2016 – The Little Lighthouse Foundation thanked its supporters and donors who joined them to celebrate the holidays by bringing hundreds of toys and making generous donations. This support and contributions allowed The Little Lighthouse Foundation volunteers to embark on a shopping spree at Target Midtown the morning after. These toys in addition to the toys collected by over 100 of the business partner drop off locations in Miami-Dade County, totaled over 3,000 presents. The Little Lighthouse Foundation’s 7th annual Holiday Toy Drive and Party took place at Jungle Island on Saturday, December 17th and the toys were distributed to children and their families.

Miami, FL – November 2, 2016 – A little rain didn’t stop Pitbull from performing for 1500 Miami VIPs celebrating the grand opening of Brickell City Centre. Brickell City Centre (BCC) is the highly anticipated new micro city constructed in downtown Miami’s Brickell district. BCC closed down S. Miami Avenue for the first time in the city’s history for private concert event. After Mr. 305 closed his performance, New York legend Susanne Bartsch kicked off a bacchanal, and tricked out the mall at Brickell City Centre in her signature style. The BCC development is home to EAST Miami, the hotel has become the hottest spot in town, two residential towers REACH and RISE as well as two office towers. The three story retail complex is anchored by Saks Fifth Avenue with nearly 70 retail stores including Audemars Piguet, Intermix, Mirto, Chopard, Adolfo Dominguez, Giuseppe Zanotti, and Armani.
Miami Beach, FL – March 11, 2016 – The Little Lighthouse Foundation and Nautilus, A SIXTY Hotel hosted the Hearts & Stars Weekend Opening Party: “Iniziare”. Attendees enjoyed a top shelf open bar sponsored by Ketel One, Don Julio, Ron Zacapa and Johnnie Walker, along with Peroni, FIJI Water, Perrier and Antica Fratta Franciacorta by Tita Italian. Ron Zacapa featured its homemade Old Fashioned made with Ron Zacapa XO. The evening was headlined with a live painting exhibition by Julie Mimran and Eddy Bogaert, who’s paintings were completed within the three-hour event and displayed the following evening at the Hearts & Stars Gala: Venetian Carnival. DJ Patrick Pizzorni the crowd of over 400 dancing under the stars all night. The opening party prefaced the follow evening’s Hearts & Stars Gala, the headline event of the Little Lighthouse Foundation’s Hearts & Stars Weekend.

Sounds from DJ Patrick Pizzorni and DJ Marcos Noel kept guests dancing throughout the night as they enjoyed the ocean breeze from the exclusive Nautilus beach tent. Lively art from Eddy Bogaert, Victor Spinelli and Glen Miller transformed the oceanfront tent into an imaginative oasis. The event raised over $25,000 for The Little Lighthouse Foundation benefiting local children and their families who struggle with medical, educational, emotional and financial challenges.

Taking over the VIP rooftop Ocho at Soho Beach House, the event featured interactive experiences highlighting editorial content on Bikini.com, including a duo of Surfset mechanical surfboards and instructor from Crunch; hand treatments using Soaptopia’s all-natural exfoliating soaps; and a travel-themed photo booth equipped with a variety of props for guests to customize their photo-op. Miami, FL – March 14, 2015 – It was all about celebrating for a cause as The Little Lighthouse Foundation (LLF) hosted the Hearts & Stars Gala: Casablanca at a beautiful waterfront home on Star Island. This invite-only charity event was sold out for the 5th year in a row and was a huge success with all the proceeds going towards LLF’s mission to assist South Florida children and their families that struggle with educational, financial, and medical hardships. This year’s event brought together celebrities, a whose who of local, national and international business leaders, models, professional athletes and South Florida movers and shakers including Jill Martin, Jonathan Cheban, Lawrence Timmons, Gabrielle Anwar, and Shareef Malnik, who received the Credit Suisse Shining Light award for his philanthropic endeavors.The evening featured a top shelf open bar all night provided by Diageo, featuring Kettle One, Johnnie Walker, Don Julio, and Zacapa Rum as well as Dos Equis, Tita Italia sparkling wine and FIJI Water. There was a spectacular culinary experience with amazing hors d’oeuvres provided by Siena Tavern, Fuel Foods, Green Bites, Midtown Oyster Bar, Rosa Mexicano, Il Mulino, Lyon & Lyon, Lyon Freres, Titis Treats, Todo Dulces, El Rey de la Paella.
Highlights of the evening include performances by Drums of The Sun, Tita Italia sparkling wine on on the award winning VanDutch yachts, the #MyHublot experience in the Hublot Lounge, SLS LUX casino gaming and two raffle prize baskets gifting over $60,000 in value. Warren Henry Automotive featured the brand new Range Rover Discovery, which had never before seen publicly. The night’s highlight was an announcement from the Keener Foundation for Giving that it would match donations that night dollar for dollar up to $50,000. That pledge was fulfilled within minutes, and continued on to eclipsed over $150,000 helping make the 2015 Gala the most successful LLF fundraiser to date. Nicolo Tita of Tita Italia provided a massive 15L bottle of Antica Fratta Franciacorta Brut to toast those who donated during the program. LLF Board members Aaron Resnick, Robert Sena, and Charlie Venturi joined pledge donors and special guests on stage to share their appreciation for everyone who helped support the matching donation program.
