There are several hotels around the world with interesting themes and architecture.  The Tianzi Hotel in China, is in the Guiness Book of Records as the “biggest image building”.

bhutan buddhism

Regina DeLuise spent some time in Thimpu, Bhutan documenting the of role of Buddhism in the community.  She was welcomed by monks and young artists alike to photograph and experience their culture.
