Miami Beach, FL – February 25, 2011 – An unbeatable atmosphere (a moonlit patch of white sand beach behind the elegant Delano), fun cuisine (barbecue in every possible incarnation), and the world’s favorite beverage (Perrier-Jouët champagne) made up the Perrier-Jouët BubbleQ presented by Allen Brothers hosted by Bobby Flay and Friends sponsored by Miami magazine one of South Beach Food & Wine‘s biggest, most exciting events. This was Flay’s third time hosting the signature event, the most of any chef ever! But every good thing must come to an end, and the beloved “Q”—the very event that made the Festival a national standout among wine & food fests—finished while still at the pinnacle. The tenth edition was its last, and boy it went out with a bang! America’s most respected grillmaster, none other than Bobby Flay himself, lead a pack of skilled chefs who artfully played with fire to prepare everything from gourmet pulled pork sandwiches, succulent steaks, and saucy ribs to juicy skewers of grilled fruit dipped in chocolate sauce. Guests were thrilled to be a part of this history-making finale in which over-the-top recipes and full-on creativity put the Q to rest in style.
